CHAKAR&PARTNERS has always maintained a high standard in the quality of its engineering services. By appropriate selection of personnel and assigning responsibility for quality supervision in its line organization, CHAKAR&PARTNERS has fulfilled to a high degree one of its major written company objectives, and has established a corresponding reputation with its customers.

Since foundation Company has trained key personnel in the aspects of ISO series of standards for quality assurance and quality management systems. CHAKAR&PARTNERS engaged in a full ISO 9001 qualification and certification effort for its operations, at the 2012. The ISO 9001 standard is the most encompassing one of the ISO series and includes acquisition and contracting of a project, as well as the actual engineering and also after-sales aspects.

Since then, maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality standards has been ensured by feedback from our day-to-day work and routine internal auditing.

On the basis of the tools and procedures which CHAKAR&PARTNERS has developed, all of its services are rendered in conformance with ISO 9001:2008.

CHAKAR&PARTNERS adapted the Quality Assurance and Control System according to ISO 9001:2008, which has been accredited by TÜV Süd Management Service.

Moreover CHAKAR&PARTNERS adapted ISO 14001:2004 System for Environmental protection and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational health and Safety Management System.

The responsible QC/QA expert will co-ordinate and monitor the QC/QA program. Non-compliance will be reported to the Team Leader.

The QC/QA program consists of the overall project management system and the set-up and implementation of the QC/QA procedures for the project.

For the project the following steps as part of the quality control will be undertaken to assure the quality of service:

  • Clear structured Tasks and Risk assessments in accordance with the Project Descriptions (ToR, Clients desire),
  • Definition of organization considering all parties involved in this project with special attention to task and responsibility,
  • Definition of a clear communication framework considering all parties involved,
  • Detailed description of working methods, in particular the milestones, relations and decision steps (create flow charts),
